Currently working on deep reinforcement learning and sim-to-real transfer for dexterous manipulation with humanoid robotic hands at the AIDX Lab. I'm also selectively exploring neuroscientific approaches to motor control and proprioception, as well as generative foundation models for embodied Al.
In 2018, I co-founded Seismos, a global crowdsourced earthquake early warning network, harnessing phones' accelerometer data and ML to generate real-time alerts, simultaneously saving lives and minimizing financial losses from seismically exposed assets in industry and the public sector.
I am motivated by my thirst for knowledge and a desire to solve hard problems, build meaningful things, and help people. I lived on three continents and worked and trained across multiple industries, enabling me to approach challenges from first principles, with a holistic and nuanced perspective.
